Pattern lab
Blocks refined in-house for rise, thigh, and taper. Fit notes from real bodies, not dress forms alone.
Prototype fittings
Sample runs tested on movement — bike, walk, sit. We adjust until the silhouette earns the cut.
Wash alchemy
Indigo depth and hand-feel dialed in small batches until fade, contrast, and softness match the brief.
Final QC
Hardware, seam integrity, and labeling checked before pack. What leaves the studio is ready for years of wear.
